We liked the hotel, the pool and the staff

The hotel's underground parking : We paid 10€ per day for the underground parking... It was overpacked and the space was too small to park our car.

been before and like the hotel, some staff where a bit nasty and some of the food was also a bit nasty . whey up in price from 3 years ago

The location is in a great spot to the centre of Salou-fantastic location.

Food wasnt great, cheap cuts of meat, lot of evening no yogurts were available.

The pool was lovely with plenty of loungers, and the poolside bar had great friendly staff. The half-board meals offered great options, and my room was large and super comfortable. Nearby the beach, perfect for a morning sunbed dash!

Very large building and rooms with a fantastic view of ferarri land. Freshly cooked and varied breakfast with juice and pancakes, for instance and helpful staff. Quick check in and exceptional service overall.

Bar staff reception staff very good. Location was good with plenty to do, hotel had activities every day/night some good some ok but its a bit of fun pool towels provided so didn't have to bring towels.15min walk to beach and portaventura park. Hotel provided Bus to portaventura park and beach which was handy when we used it

Booking said 3 single beds for triple room but one was sofa bed.....management supplied extra matress with wine and fruit for error on website. Restaurant staff not very friendly but probably due to fact they were very busy. Hotel transport to beach and portaventura park doesn't run that often should run it more frequently

Whilst this hotel is not right on the beach it is excellently positioned being in walking distance to both the town and beach of Salou and also walking distance to Port Aventura theme park. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights half board, the restaurant had both buffet service and show cooking and found the choice and quality of the food was great.

This was my 5th time staying at this hotel and each time has been great the food is still great a large choice which is good drink prices good for a hotel and in great location for port avantura.

The staff were friendly and willing to accommodate our needs. We appreciated the flexibility they showed by changing our stay duration without fees.

This is our third time at this hotel.The location is great halfway between beach and portaventura. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is good.We were checked in by a very pleasant receptionist, think he was french, this is the first time any receptionist at this hotel actually engaged us in conversation even though it was 01.30 am.

The daytime reception staff were the same as always indifferent, neither pleasant nor rude.

The location was perfect for visiting the theme parks and was just a short walk to the beach. The swimming pool was fantastic with plenty of space and activities for both kids and adults. I found it quite inconvenient that there was a fee for renting a kettle, which seemed a bit stingy. It's a good place for families looking for fun and convenience.
